Coaching

Criteria:

• Supports teachers in the development and implementation of Individual Growth and Development plans.
• Assists teachers in taking action toward individual goals.
• Supports teachers in planning, reflecting, problem solving, and decision making.
• Develops teachers’ capacity for self-directed learning and growth.
• Substitutes for teachers when there are no substitute teachers available for coaching sessions.
