Criteria:
- Develops, coordinates, and implements mentee and mentor trainings, meetings, and activities.
- Coaches mentees on best practices in instruction, classroom management, and professional relationships.
- Coaches mentors on best practices in supporting new teachers.
- Participates in Flexible Learning Year (FLY) Teacher Induction Coordinator (TIC) meetings and trainings.
- Assures that all components of the Flexible Learning Year (FLY) Induction Plan are carried out at the district level.
- Substitutes for teachers in the induction program to allow for peer observations.
